Update Drawing field: Make Subject Matter into tags-based solution

What

Serbia pilot raised problem that child's drawing did not necessarily fit with topics listed in 'subject-matter' field. We need to adjust this field accordingly.

How

We have a couple of options:

• Add 1-2 new categories to broaden options, including Other field
• Make an open (folksonomic/tag-based?) text field.

  Considerations

Check impact on data analysis. Folksonomies can be complex and need maintaining. Need to retain/back-edit existing data accordingly.

I have logged issue #111 as I think we've blurred the lines between two different fields during this process. It looks like subject matter will need to become much more flexible/tag-based and instead we have a separate set field for logging the stage of the journey the artist is in.

Following call with @smurfyrach on 19 Oct:

• For next pilot, create field for entry of user tags. If same key word e.g. family is entered, say, 3 times, it appears as an option for the next user.
• Raises questions of data cleaning and who does this (whoever is maintaining app) but cannot answer that right now.
• Current 'subject' field becomes 'journey stage' and keeps its current controlled options set.

To confirm the fields should now be:

Details of drawing

• Country drawn in
• Journey stage
• Description of drawing
• How would you rate the mood of the drawing?
• Drawing tags (Optional field rather than required?? And ask user to comma separate each tag)

Details of Artist

• Age of artist
• Gender of artist
• Context / story of the artist

If the above is correct @krissy do you want to amend the DB before I get on with the views (and maybe controllers)?

On the tags, looking at what we have, you could add some examples for the next pilot. We could see if they get used and if not replace them with the ones that have been added by users and used several times

@tanyapowell depending on who picks this up and time-scales this may be a tag-based system (ie. separate table for tags with a mapping between tags and drawings) or simply an open-text field for now that we can post-process into tags later. The latter being faster and help us move quicker towards second pilot. In this case, it might be easier to do backend implementation first with a simple input field then note any frontend tasks separately after all hooked up.
