What

'Why this cause' section to be designed and built. This should match the wireframe as close as possible and be the first section of the homepage.

Section should be a partial and included on the homepage. This should be below the banner section, and be the second section on the homepage.

Considerations

Signing off should be done by design, UX and QA.
