project setup tidy up after coming soon page launch #64

A few build/setup updates as I wasn't able to build the project locally to get started on anything

Gemfile.lock has been updated because jekyll was complaining about the version of i18n we were using
we don't have a public subpath
css/main.scss was left over from last hack day

Hey @tanyapowell! I've fixed the monster of a build conflict with GitHub Pages in this PR https://github.com/empowerhack/DrawMyLife-Website/pull/66 which seems to both be deploying on GH and keeping the build process in tact. Hopefully this can unblock anything you or others might want to pick up now. 😓
