Error in power demand choropleths and popup chart (pre-result)

Reproduce:

• Go to settings in step 4, make sure power demand is set to 100 %
• Go to step 5 and click on any mun

Results for SQ and scenario is not equal - they are scaled though, but there seems to be a constant factor between both results?

BTW, heat seems to work properly.
