Support of Swift Package Manager #459

Hi there, As stated in the readme file the swift package manager is not supported. I think the usage of cocoapods is laborious. Would it be possible to support the SPM?

I was not aware that this is working. I though you have to active something in the package that cocoa pods are not required anymore.. But thanks anyways, you can add it to your readme if you want :)
