Starscream has now been updated to 4.0.8, which includes an increase in minimum deployment target, which should fix the 'missing library libarclite' issue: https://github.com/daltoniam/Starscream/releases/tag/4.0.8
Would it be possible to bump CocoaMQTT's dependency on Starscream from 4.0.4 to 4.0.8?
Please let me know if you would prefer a PR, I can submit that if it's easier.
