change password through env variables? #275

It would be really nice to be able to set the default password via a environment variable?

Sorry didn't see it in the emq.conf in the standard repo but the related plugin settings are defined in the emq.conf in the plugin repo itself. 

EMQX_DASHBOARD__DEFAULT_USER__LOGIN=admin
EMQX_DASHBOARD__DEFAULT_USER__PASSWORD=public
