Raven basic sentry integration #22

We can simply integrate it with revan.

I broke the code and tested it;

Adding this into local_settings.py.example would be better. Can you update the pull request like that?

We shouldn't enforce any 3rd party tool, however I love sentry, so keeping it at local_settings is allright. 🎉

You want it to work without sentry. I'm making it completely optional. I'm doing this in local_settings.py. I'm removing settings on settings.py. (Maybe I may have misunderstood you here. They maybe have a different set.)
