Mobile poll creation #38

When creating a new poll on my mobile device, it is not possible, to use the space key. Instead it repeats the last typed word, in that case, it is always the first one.

In this Case, I just wrote "Test" and hit the space key

SimpleMDE seems to be an old project, last commit 2 years ago. Maybe switch to EasyMDE? https://github.com/Ionaru/easy-markdown-editor
