Now targets .Net 6.0. #13

The original branch was not compatible with my .Net 6.0 targets, so I rebuilt for .Net 6.0 which is LTS. I also added unit tests to make it easier to see if it was working.

NOTE: the unit tests currently use a hard-coded absolute path to the a database.
