In this PR, I would like to add a useful extension of showing simple info alerts in tip list.

Hi @emrepun , thank you very much for your support. We are planning to add extension tips soon. We park your tip for now. We'll share it.

If you ask what kinda tips we share, then swift's basic features will be the answer.

Coud you add screenshot from settings in carbon?! So that every screenshot is identical.
