Type of (unstructured) attachments seem not yet suitable for vocational and secondary education or enrollment certificates #87

In the current ELMO V2.0 Preview types of attachements seem to be missing. They would be needed to express which other evidence types (beside diploma, diploma supplement and a few others) will be put as unstructured attachement to the ELMO report.

German security handouts claim that ELMO is also suitable for the secondary education certificates. page 24 (German only)

I suggest adding at least the following unstructured attachement evidence types to address the needs for secondary education and vocational education certificates - or of course make them structured complex types instead of attachements a) secondary education certificate b) secondary education enrollment certificate c) tertiary education enrollment certificate c) vocational education certificate
