ISSUE-93: adding identifier to resultOfRecognition. Copied the docume… #99

Solving issue 93 https://github.com/emrex-eu/elmo-schemas/issues/93

This is something i want to have a discussion on. I set minOccurs to 0 as i was unsure if we want to enforce an indentifier to the resultOfRecognition type. This is purley because i am not 100% sure which elements needs an identifier (like LOS) and which do not (like leaner)

I understand this as a requirement for internal systems at PIM, can they not use extensions for this? Are we sure there is a use case for this feature outside of the institution which recommended its inclusion?

Hi mikro! Sorry i need to update my notification settings as i have not seen this before i cheked now.

I think identifiers are something i just completly blanked on when i made the original suggested implementation. I see this being useful for us at Sikt as well. I asume that it will be useful for other consumers of ELMO as well.
