checks that the sagemaker notebook has permissions to access dev endpoint
more reliably creates the cronjob: lifecycle-config-v2-dev-endpoint-daemon.sh. Previously it would fail if 'crontab -l' returned an exit code or stderr.
Checks and waits for the Glue dev endpoint is reachable
Reinstalls the workshop modules so you can stop and restart the notebook without errors.
Testing: I updated my SageMaker-Glue-LifecycleConfig script to pull this version of scripts/sagemaker_glue_lifecycle.sh from my s3 bucket, and restarted my notebook several times.
