Current behavior

The computer memory gets saturated when a significant count of acquisition is requested

2^17 traces for hardware acquisition (480 samples/trace)
2^12 traces for software acquisition (8000 samples/trace)
Lead to a Python MemoryError and forbids later correlation
Leads to a significant performance drop during hardware acquisition with more than 2^16 iterations

Expected behavior

Acquire chunks of data that fits to the memory
Accumulate the chunks in the correlation handler
Repeat until the requested count of iterations is obtained
Chunks can be saved into CSV files and retrieved
Requested sample count = acquired sample count
