Current behavior

Pre-run errors are provided during command parsing
No usage message is provided
There is no run error

Expected behavior

Provide run errors to differentiate between run falling or an usage error.
Provide exhaustive usage message for each command

Alternative behavior

Detect usage error during pre-run
Provide exhaustive usage message for each command
No runtime fail
