Current behavior

There is no directory arborescence for data and media directories provided in the GitHub repository.
acquire.py and correlate.py scripts read and writes into sub-directories of these directories

Expected behavior

a setup.py script must initialize the arborescence by creating directories
a clean.py script must remove the data and images contained in the previously created directories
the two scripts must use methods of the app.py API module

Alternative behavior

manually build the arborescence
integrate setups steps to acquire.py and correlate.py scripts
