Current behavior

C code documentation must be reviewed
Not all the parts of the code are documented
Code documentation does not appear in the documentation website

Expected behavior

C code documentation is reviewed and complete
Documentation is integrated to the website

Alternative behavior

C code documentation is reviewed and complete
Seperate website for code documentation

Additional context

Doxygen must be binded with Sphinx to integrate the C doc toi the global website
