Current behavior

The website html pages are provided with the releases
The pages are built manually using Sphinx and Doxygen

Expected behavior

The website html pages are built automatically during push
The website pages are publically available using an url

Alternative behavior

No website online
Documentation is provided as PDF/Markdown
Documentation is stored on the wiki

Additional context

Might have to configure continuous integration via Travis-CI cf. #67
