Updated Readme for Firmware-Folder #246

I just added some information on recompiling the firmware on linux.

Hi @DominikSchlecht, I just merged #247 which addressed the same issue. I think renaming the file is a smoother way then deleting and re-adding it. Also you should read the getting started first before trying to compile it yourself, but I get your point. Maybe we should think about adding how to compile and program it to the getting started page
