Please check, i also change the 16M partitions to have more space in nvs/filesystem, but this will reformat and reset for users with old partiton scheme. The partition is a local file, just replace it.

test 4 and 16 on Windows. works fine. I'm sure the other platforms too. Thanks @MichaelDvP .
