Return state from combinatorial numbers which will be more useful #132

Possible idea - return state from these numbers which will be more useful. Not just array. Order. Have methods to eval polynomials from them.

The combinatorial numbers now return vectors at least. I am starting with stirling_1 state that has iterators, poly evaluators and indexing with [].
