Nuxt3 support #1

Hope this cool project can support Nuxt3 environment

Not familiar & no experience before with nuxt3, but I'll try to research about that :)

I have done some research and gained some initial understanding of Nuxt, but unfortunately, I have zero experience with using Nuxt. I might be able to connect this feature to Nuxt's API, but I cannot guarantee that it will be functional and reliable. If there are any issues with the package, it will be more difficult for me to handle.

Therefore, I will label this issue as "help wanted." If anyone who is familiar with Nuxt is willing to collaborate, please email me at mausu2526@gmail.com to discuss. Additionally, the Nuxt version of vue-router-rule will likely be a different package because their dependent packages are not the same. If such a package is developed in the future, I will update the information in this issue. Until then, I will keep this issue open.
