Build for macOS #165

Try building DolwinPlayground on a Mac. The problem is complicated by the fact that the guys at Microsoft have not yet added WSA (Windows Subsystem Apple), and I don't have a real Mac.

Current Status. Once the entire UI is moved to SDL+imgui porting to Mac should be a trivial task.
