For the convenient PowerPC translation, need to create minimal support for generating x86/x64 code.

[x] Read the Intel programming manual again and again
[x] Analyze the format of basic and system instructions
[x] Think over AnalyzeInfo structures for X86-16, X86-32 and X64 architectures
[x] Implement 1-3 byte instructions
[x] Implement simple format instructions
[x] Implement ModRM / immediate format instructions
