Add refresh button, fixes #62 #65

Thanks! The default green "success" button style looks wrong to me here. Could you use "primary icon" instead of "primary success icon" as button style here?

Also, refreshing sometimes breaks the selection highlight in the snapshot list. This is beyond this PR though. I will try to fix this later.
