Expose sound settings #28

It should be possible to disable the sound output completely. This is useful when different sound is already playing on the iDevice, typically from Music.app.

It would be nice to have a volume slider to be able to adjust emulator sound volume relative to other sound that may already be playing.

It would be nice to be able to selectively exclude emulator sound from AirPlay. I don't know if this is possible, but the use case is: The iDevice runs Music.app which uses AirPlay to stream music to remote speakers. At the same time I am running iAmiga - I don't want the iAmiga sound to be also streamed to the remote speakers (that's happening currently). Instead, I want the iAmiga sound to be emitted from the iDevice directly.
