Emulator states are tied to a specific rom version #45

I tried restoring an emulator state created with kick 1.2 while running with kick 1.3 - this does not make the emulator happy. I am not sure this can be fixed but it would be nice to at least detect this situation and alert the user when a state is being restored.

Actually this does not happen for all saved states, many created with kick 1.2 seem fine when restored under kick 1.3. I am closing this for now.
