This change adds the ability to pick a rom at emulation run time; previously the rom selection was based on rom file names, and hardcoded.

The commit also adds a unit test target and the first unit test suite.

Additional changes include:

Add model for keeping track of settings that require the emulator to be reset to take effect
"Sharing" now enabled for additional file types: .rom and .hdf
"Fix sharing bugs: was crashing on iPad and was not enabled for all adfs
Update rom info in README
