Better handling of settings that require an emulator restart #50

All settings that require an emulator restart now show a message to that effect when they are modified. This behavior replaces the somewhat strange ResetController we had.

Cool stuff.

BTW: I tried the rom selector and it worked very good.

Some sad news from apple though: developer certificates now expire already after 7 days (before they did last 90 days)
