Usability improvement: scroll to previously selected adf/state.

Some refactoring of EMUROMBrowser.

Hi @emufreak could you please merge this? Otherwise I have to keep dealing with merge conflicts as you make changes. There isn't anything too exciting here, just some minor usability improvements.
