Find URLs inside parentheses #239

If a URL is surrounded by parentheses, as can be a common marking for 
URLs, Witty doesn't find it and make it a clickable link.  A random 
example from @aeazel in my feed: Another great band to see live, The 
Octopus Project (http://tinyurl.com/dn2zbb). I saw the bright shinies! + 
theremin goodness 

With a quick skim of the source code I couldn't find the code related to 
finding and linking URLs, so I assume its also possible that it is an 
automatic trick by WPF and this issue may be a hard one to fix.

This is already fixed in the svn HEAD.
