url not showing as hyperlink when it is at the start of a message #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected url to show as a hyperlink (as in other messages) but it is just
shown as normal text

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.2.0

Please provide any additional information below.
url is http://bit.ly/2IiTay
It is formatted correctly and links to a Google Maps location.

I tried to duplicate this to submit a patch. The TweetTextBlock's 
OnTweetTextChanged 
handler is handling this scenario as expected.
