Client fails to respond to "Tile" or "Cascade" requests #300

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Witty
2. Go to the task bar/tray, alt-click, and select any Tile or Cascade item.
3. Witty ignores the action.

If Witty is the only window open, these items are unavailable. (i.e. 
grayed out)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.4.0.18444 on WinXP Pro SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
