BUG: typing "D <screenname>" will display add last sent tweet #43

the direct message is sent correctly, but the tweets display your last
tweet sent.

Patch attached. Twitter API incorrectly returns the last tweet when you send a 
direct message. We know what we just sent them, so display that when the 
message 
starts with "d ".
