Implement paging #66

I'd really like to have the ability to get to older tweets.  A paging 
feature would be great: I find myself going to the web client to do this.

Twitter have apparently disabled that feature in the API, according to their 
documentation.

Looks like you're right - 20 latest in the last 24hrs.  well, maybe when 
Twitter 
provides the ability or adds a pro version...
