Tab Order is not set #76

Tabbing through Witty is nonsensical at the moment. Need to add TabIndex in
an order that makes usability sense.

A group of us at the Central Ohio Day of .NET would like to offer this change 
to allow tab order in the update 
box correctly. Now if Update is expose, tabbing will go from text area, Update 
Button, Cancel Button to Textbox 
again and so on. Included is our svn diff. If there's more to do on this, reply 
and we'll be happy to refine. Thanks!
