Unhandled Exception when opening Options page #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to twitter account
2. Attempt to open the options page.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Options dialog... 
System.UnauthorizedAccessException was unhandled
Message: Access to the path 'C:\Windows\system32\ias' is denied.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.2 Beta 2
Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
I did not start Witty using "Run as Administrator"

At first, I thought this might be a dupe issue with "NoStyles", but it sounds 
like a
UAC problem.
