Crash at login #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter user name and password
2. Click on login

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The application crash !!!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.5 and 0.1.6 beta 2 under Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

I also experienced this but found was due to entering an invalid username and 
or 
password.  I had this issue after installing Witty 0.1.7 Beta 1.

I have a patch prepared for the crash-on-invalid-credentials issue (see 
attachment).  
I'm waiting to find out how I submit the patch for review and get it committed 
to Witty 
trunk.

Should this bug be closed? I'm not seeing this 
issue in the latest release.

I was able to reproduce it when I looked at it a few weeks ago, following the 
instructions by tenanji in comment 1 to enter invalid credentials.  It doesn't 
look as 
though my fix has gone in (last check-in listed at 
http://code.google.com/p/wittytwitter/source/list was in February), so I assume 
the 
issue remains.
