Implement Not64_r2021-08-17's ability to hot-swap Wii remote extensions when a game is running which fixes extensions not working with autoboot + skipmenu #59

Not64 r2021-08-17 added the ability to hot-swap Wii remote extensions while a game is running which also solved its issue of wii remote extensions not working when autoboot + skipment were used together.

I'm no coding guru (or even a coding amateur), but my best guess is that the following commit is what added that functionality:

Hey there @emukidid, i saw you put these fixes from @FIX94 in your official GitHub, in these commits:

But i have my doubts: is these fixes from @FIX94 is also integrated in here? EDIT 1: Wii U GamePad is now supported in WiiVC builds, according to the updated readme:

This version isn't really supported much due to the niche nature of it, but the gist of it is that you can run Wii64 on a Wii U in "Wii mode" but with the CPU multiplier unlocked and have Wii U Game Pad support.
