dumping speed drops to 196KB/s and is stuck #92

I am trying to dump Wii games to a 64GB, NTFS USB-Drive, first few percents are good, speed is around 3000-4000KB, then it drops down to 30KB/s and shortly after it gets stuck on 196-198KB/s. Downloading it at that speed would take 6 hours.

First game i tried dumping was Mario Bros Wii, which would get stuck at 6%, after retrying around 10 times it finally managed to dump the whole game. Now i am trying to dump Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 and both get stuck at arount 2%.

I am not sure wether this could be a hardware problem with my Wii, because playing the game works fine. I also tried dumping on both USB ports.

seems to have been a problem with either my USBs or my Wiis USB slots. Using a SD card works fine
