I will look into this issue, thanks for providing the save file - that's quite
a bit of dedication to have played through it in wii64!

I like the Gamecube controller, a whole lot. Savestates are nice too.
The only drawback other than that was the lens of truth not working at all.
Other than that, I would say that it was near perfect. In the end I grabbed a
finish savegame from the virtual console version and used a few tools to
convert it to a Wii64 save file. Nothing was going to keep me from the Deity
Mask XD

nice - glad you got it sorted out, can you attach your wii64 save file with the
Deity Mask if it's not too much trouble? We'll need something to test the Lens
of Truth with ;)

Also, the music is a tad choppy. If the graphics are too intense, it really
screws up.
These are all the data files I have for majora's mask in a zip. Some of the
states are glitch. One of them is right before the final battle. Which, reminds
me of another bug that is probably related to the Lens of Truth issues. There
is no text during cutscenes in "God worlds" with the 4 giants or with the 4
children inside the moon.
Still it's very, very playable.

thank you :)
Did you have many/any crashes, how many hours at a time would you say you
managed to get through without restarting the emulator?

The only major crashes were related to savestates, and when I glitched to get
the deity masks out of boss rooms, but the latter would be expected.
My average playtime would be between one and three hours, though I could leave
the game indefinitely if I didn't screw with saving. I can't remember it
crashing during gameplay, though I did lose some progress do to save states
glitching a few times. I had multiple issues with the savestate system.
1. For usually no reason, saving or loading states would kill the emulator,
responding to no button presses, but sometimes the Wii's power button.
2. When loading a state, you have to press a button on the controller after
pressing the button to resume game (like a double-click, I suppose). Extremely
annoying, I assume it's a bug.
3. Saving and loading states is slow and after playing as much as I did, I'm
wary of them in general, though I still favored them over the original save
system. RTS is always better than the 3-day system provided by the game.
