[Feature request]: Set the system clock directly in swiss. #693

Describe the feature

It would be useful to be able to the calendar directly in Swiss now that pico boot allows systems to boot without a disc drive present. The gamecube menu will show an error with no drive present in the system, which makes setting the time difficult.

For anyone else who has this issue, Extrems provided a workaround that works perfectly.

As a workaround, you can enable boot through IPL, boot a game, then hold the A Button to access the GameCube Main Menu.

I would love this feature but the boot IPL work around works great.
