[Issue]: Launch through BOOT.DOL skips insertion of stub #877

Describe the bug

When launching a homewbrew DOL automatically by renaming it BOOT.DOL, swiss seems to skip installing the stub to soft resetting back into swiss. When launching the same DOL manually through swiss's menu's, the stub is installed and soft reset works.

Steps to reproduce

Take any basic homebrew supporting the soft reset and rename it BOOT.DOL, note that the reset does not work.

Expected behavior

The stub is installed no matter the a manual or automatic load of the DOL

I checked and it is being installed. It may seem that way because it can't reliably initialize the SD card.

You are entirely right, I don't know what I did but things magically work now...
