Horn of Plenty does not properly count Duration cards

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a Duration card (e.g. Wharf)
2. End your turn
3. Play Horn of Plenty on your next turn

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect Horn of Plenty to count the Duration card I played on my previous 
turn.  Instead, that card is not counted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.b6

Please provide any additional information below.
I doublechecked the rules before posting this bug.  Horn of Plenty counts cards 
"in play", and Duration cards "remain in play" until the end of the next turn.

This should be fixed as a consequence of Issue 47.  Re-open if you still see 
this.
