Summary

Update Compound to use the official NPM published version of Emulsify Core

This PR fixes/implements the following bugs/features

Emulsify Core v1.2.0 from npm
Fix various Stylelint/prettier warnings
Fix SASS deprecation warns with newer versions
Consolidate style.scss so it @forwards styles gathers by various atoms.scss, molecules.scss, ...etc

Documentation update (required)

No changes needed
