feat: Disclosure Component

Summary

This PR implements a simple disclosure component that are grouped together as an accordion:

• Disclosure molecule
• Accordion example with Focus setting. Allows the accordion to open item independently or one at a time.

Documentation Update (required)

None at this time.

Notes:

• Compound is an external repository for the CLI that meant to house basic components. They are a starting point for any Emulsify-base project.

How to review this PR

Hi @callinmullaney the accordion component already exist in the codebase, this seems to tackle the same functionality if you agree I think this one can be closed
