Makes the placeholder component's "Place holder" text string translatable.

(I happened to notice this while looking at the codebase related to #19, so thought I'd throw this out there too. :))

I don't think this hurts anything, but the placeholder should really only be used in Storybook, never in Drupal... So I'm not sure it will ever be in an environment that it could be translated...
