Update the required components #21

Currently, on initial install you get the grid, but not the card or cta. However, the grid tries to implement the card and cta, so we should remove those examples from the default install so that a build succeeds out of the box.

This was accomplished in https://github.com/emulsify-ds/compound/pull/23 by commenting out the references to the optional components
