feat: Accordion Component

• Accordions are a common feature that are utilized for most projects. Compound should provide a basic implementation as a starting point.

@callinmullaney I also pushed up a fix for a bug I noticed. If you 'click' on the icon in the 'Expand All' button it does nothing because the event target is the icon and not the button, which is what the JS is looking for.
